As Florida is a huge "Tourist Industry State" many times women and men have to work late into the night.
Now they can at least know that reaching the saftey of there car they have a safe zone.
A lot of the work takes place around the beach areas. People often have to cross through some "not so nice" places to get home.
Thank you Gov. for giving these people an extra margin of saftey on there drive home late at night.
