Kansas: Action on Two Pro-Gun Bills Expected Tomorrow, March 9!

Tomorrow, the state Senate is expected consider Senate Bill 152, an important self-defense bill which would allow a concealed carry permit holder to carry a firearm while hunting. Also on Wednesday, the Senate Federal and State Affairs Committee will consider House Bill 2013, a bill to remove an obsolete provision and codify Kansanâs ability to buy long guns from non-contiguous states. HB 2013 will be heard at 10:30 a.m. in room 346-S.
