Postak Kansas: Castle Doctrine Clean-Up Bill Moves to Governorās Desk
On Tuesday, March 30, the Kansas State Senate unanimously passed Senate Bill 381. This bill, commonly known as ācastle doctrine legislation,ā would make important corrections to Kansasā current self-defense statute. The bill now moves to the desk of Governor Mark Parkinson (D) for his consideration.
