Kansas House OKs constitutional plan to protect hunting rights

Is there a constitutionally protected, God-given right to hunt, fish and trap? There is in Nebraska and 15 other states, but not in Kansas and Missouri. That would change in Kansas with voter approval of a constitutional amendment approved 99-21 Thursday by the House. If the measure also gets two-thirds approval in the Senate, the issue could go before voters in November.
