Postak Kansas House Passes Concealed Carry Reform Bill
On Tuesday, the Kansas Senate referred House Bill 2353 to its Federal and State Affairs Committee.  This legislation would establish statewide regulations regarding the carrying of concealed weapons.  Earlier, the state House of Representatives passed HB 2353 by a 70 to 54 vote.
