Louisiana: House to debate guns on campus

Louisiana House members are set to debate a contentious proposal to allow concealed handguns on university campuses. Floor debate is set for Thursday on a bill that would force public and private colleges in the state to allow people with concealed handgun permits to carry those weapons on the campuses, which are now so called "gun free" zones.
