Louisiana Pro-Gun Constitutional Amendment Passes House, Goes to Senate for Possible

Today, the Louisiana House of Representatives voted 77 to 22 to pass Senate Bill 303, a constitutional amendment protecting the right to keep and bear arms.  SB 303 had already passed in the state Senate, two House committees and has been endorsed by Governor Bobby Jindal.  This legislation, which provides for a right to keep and bear arms constitutional amendment, now goes back to the Senate for its concurrence which will take place as early as Tuesday.
