Louisiana: Right-to-Carry in churches shelved

A bill that would lift Louisiana's ban on concealed weapons in churches was shelved Tuesday in a state Senate committee.The measure, House Bill 68, cleared the House amid claims that changing times required a new look at state gun laws in churches and synagogues.But the Senate Judiciary B Committee voted 3-0 to kill the legislation after a brief hearing.
