Congress passed, and President Obama then signed, a law permitting Americans to carry guns within the boundaries of national parks under the same conditions that the states containing the parks permit guns to be carried.Simple enough, right? If you can carry a gun under certain conditions one step outside the gate of a park, the law now permits you to do the same if you take one step inside it.
