Maryland: Concealed carry case set for October showdown
 

A federal court has issued a stay in the case that would make obtaining handgun permits in Maryland easier, which means the case will now move to an October hearing.The three judge panel from the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals granted the stay pending appeal requested by the Maryland Office of the Attorney General on July 27.

bummed by the stay, I had the application filled out and was going to get my digital fingerprints on my way back to florida day after tomorrow and then mail it in, then the stay was issued blew that idea ( I drive through MD three to four times a year) the permit would have coming handy
