Maryland: Management Plan Continues Hunting Programs on Patuxent Research Refuge
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a plan to guide management of the Patuxent Research Refuge for the next 15 years. The Refuge is located in Prince George’s and Anne Arundel Counties and encompasses nearly 13,000 acres. The proposed Plan offers two management alternatives in addition to how the Refuge is currently being managed. All three alternatives provide for hunting; however, Alternative B (Forest Restoration and Mixed Public Use) promotes higher quality hunting and fishing.

It needs to be nullified.
It is being used to implement Agenda 21 through the local initiatives programs.
