Governor Deval Patrick has announced a gun control plan that is as affront to law abiding gun owners, sportsmen and Second Amendment supporters in Massachusetts.  The Bay State already has the third most restrictive gun control laws in the entire country, yet Governor Patrick’s far reaching proposal is as an attempt to further disenfranchise law-abiding gun owners.
