The Meaning of the DC Gun Case Decision

The Supreme Court`s decision striking down Washington, D.C.âs restrictive gun ban represented an individual interpretation of the Second Amendment, affirming each Americanâs right to keep and bear arms (with some restrictions)âas opposed to a collectivist interpretation giving that privilege only to the state. However, in the media buzz (and conservative rejoicing) over the opinion, it should be not overlooked that many questions remain unanswered.

Interesting article. I got out of that, that the battle has really just begun over the II amendment.
A big win for gun rites. Yes. But still a lot of unanswered questions.
