Yesterday, Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton (D) signed House File 2171, the 2012 Game and Fish Omnibus Bill.  This legislation includes Minnesota’s first regulated wolf hunting and trapping season, as well as provisions allowing youth firearm education and safety courses at specified publicly-owned or managed firearm ranges
