Minnesota: House Concurrence Vote on Self-Defense Reform Bill Tomorrow

Tomorrow, the Minnesota House of Representatives is expected to concur with the Senate version of House Bill 1467.  This legislation was previously passed by the state House last year and is expected to do so again by a strong majority.  After this happens on Wednesday, HB 1467 will be sent to Governor Mark Dayton for his approval, which is something that he has indicated he may not do.
