On Monday, April 30, the Minnesota legislature presented Governor Mark Dayton (D) with House File 2171, the 2012 Game and Fish Omnibus bill.  This legislation includes Minnesota’s first formal wolf hunting and trapping season as well as provisions allowing youth firearm education and safety courses at specified publicly-owned or managed firearm ranges.
