Missouri House OKs guns in cars at parking lots
 

The House gives first-round approval to a bill blocking store owners from barring guns in their customers` parked cars.

didn't this also have to do with employees keeping their guns in their cars while at workplaces that forbid them from the premises? including CCR permit holders?

i was reading a blog the other day on this... employers saying the liability was too great,
that onsite security was sufficient - and permit holders replying that the need existed after work, on way home, etc. good debate there from both sides.
