Postak Montana: Permitless Carry Legislation Moves to Senate Floor
On March 21, NRA-supported House Bill 271, was weakened somewhat but passed out of the Senate Judiciary Committee by a 7 to 5 vote. This permitless carry bill, sponsored by state Representative Krayton Kerns (R-Laurel), will now move to the floor of the state Senate for consideration.
