Montana: Self defense bill clears House

The bill would let people carry concealed weapons inside of city limits even without a permit to do so.It would make clear that those who use a weapon in self defense are innocent until police prove that the situation indeed did not warrant self defense, and makes certain that everyone has the right to self defense without an obligation to first run away.
