Nebraska: Bill to Strengthen the Castle Doctrine Statute to be Heard in Committee

Legislative Bill 804, backed by the National Rifle Association, is scheduled to be heard in the Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, January 25 at 1:30 p.m., in Room 1113 of the Nebraska Capitol. This legislation would help strengthen the state Castle Doctrine law as it exists today.

Hope it passes for them..
Good law that with the "No Retreat Law" that passed down here in Florida, saved a lot of court time.
Prior too the law passing. If you had a means of escape, even if someone was kicking your door in, you had too run away and call the Police.
Sorry, no more Mr. bad guy.
Scum doggies were literally putting their fists through you home window and God forbid if you protected you and your family, the darlings could sue you.
