Nebraska Right to Hunt and Fish legislation, LR 40CA, is scheduled to be heard on the Senate floor this Monday, March 28 after it was delayed this week. State Senator Pete Pirsch (4) will be offering an amendment to LR 40CA on Monday that would provide truly meaningful protections against anti-hunting activists who seek to ban all hunting in America, enshrining hunting and fishing in Nebraskaâs Constitution.
