Nebraska: Right to Hunt and Fish Constitutional Amendment Scheduled for its Final Rea

On Tuesday, March 27, the Nebraska Legislature is scheduled to have the final reading for Legislative Resolution 40CA.  This is a much-needed constitutional amendment that would provide meaningful protections against anti-hunting activists who seek to ban all hunting in America, enshrining hunting and fishing in the Nebraska Constitution.
