Reversing another judgeâs decision, a Superior Court judge ruled today that a Sussex County merchant who was kidnapped in a case of mistaken identity may carry a handgun. Judge David Ironson, sitting in Morristown, said the attack by three Missouri men demonstrated Jeffrey Muller faces a âspecial danger to his lifeâ and has âan urgent need for self-protectionâ that justifies carrying a gun.
