Gov. Susana Martinez's administration is reviewing New Mexico's agreements to honor concealed handgun permits issued by other states.Public Safety Secretary Gorden Eden said Tuesday that New Mexico has reciprocal agreements with 19 states to allow people with licenses to legally carry a concealed handgun in New Mexico.
