At tonightâs meeting of the Albany County Legislature, Legislators Phillip Steck (D), Douglas Bullock (D) and Wanda Willingham (D) will introduce Local Law âAâ, a proposal that would regulate the purchase of ammunition in the county of Albany and create a de facto gun registration scheme.
