For the fourth year in a row, anti-gun legislators have introduced micro-stamping legislation. Senate Bill 675 has been assigned to the Senate Committee on Codes. This legislation, introduced by state Senator Jose Peralta (D-13), would make micro-stamping mandatory on all new semi-automatic pistols sold after January 1, 2013.
