North Dakotaâs Worker Protection Bill to be Heard in Senate Committee

On Tuesday, March 22, House Bill 1438 will be heard by the Senate Industry, Business, and Labor Committee. This bill passed in the state House by a resounding bi-partisan 82 to 12 margin on February 21. This victory came despite the aggressive lobbying efforts waged by big business lobbyists who strongly want to restrict stored firearms in locked private vehicles.
