NRA-Backed Bill Passes Kansas House of Representatives and Moves to the Senate for Co
On February 18, the Kansas House of Representatives voted unanimously to pass House Bill 2013. HB 2013 would repeal the current statute, which only allows Kansans to purchase long guns in Kansas and contiguous states. If passed this legislation would allow Kansans the freedom to purchase long guns in non-contiguous states without violating state code.
