On Monday, January 24, SF 47 was voted out of the Wyoming Senate by a 20 to 10 vote and sent to the House. Sponsored by state Senator Kit Jennings (R-28), SF 47 is an important update to lawful carry in Wyoming. It would allow for lawful carry of a concealed firearm without the burdensome requirement of acquiring a Wyoming carry permit.
