Nutter takes his gun-control campaign to Harrisburg

Anti-gun Philadelphia Mayor Nutter is going back to Harrisburg looking for more gun laws. His proposals include re-instating the Clinton Gun Ban. John Hohenwarter, state lobbyist for the National Rifle Association, said city officials should concentrate instead on improving the criminal-justice system.
