Ohio: The case for Right-to-Carry in restaurants
When the Ohio Legislature adopted concealed carry reform six years ago, proponents accepted many restrictions, including a ban on entering restaurants that serve alcohol. Responding to city government concerns, lawmakers broadly banned entry into government buildings and inadvertently made park restrooms and highway rest stops off limits to lawfully armed individuals.
