Laws that make it difficult for Americans to own or possess guns aid criminals by making it harder for law abiding citizens to have access to the weapons, a judge said Friday."The criminals who are carrying guns aren't following the registration laws to begin with," 3rd District Court of Appeals Judge John Willamowski said Friday.
