Omnibus Pro-Gun Bill Sent To North Carolina Governor

The North Carolina Senate passed NRAâbacked House Bill 650 on June 14, and the House voted to concur with the Senate version on June 16, as the General Assembly prepared to adjourn for the year. This legislation has now been sent to Governor Bev Perdue and awaits her signature. If Governor Perdue signs this bill, the much needed reforms it contains will go into effect on December 1, 2011. Please contact the Governor immediately and respectfully urge her to sign H 650!
