As introduced by state Representatives Kim Thatcher (R-25) and Greg Smith (R-57), House Bill 2797 B-Engrossed was intended to correct an error from the last legislative session and would clarify the definition of âreadily accessibleâ for the purpose of prohibition on possessing a readily accessible, concealed handgun within a vehicle, when that vehicle is a snowmobile, motorcycle, or all-terrain vehicle.
