Hunters can use a crossbow to shoot deer during the archery season anywhere in Pennsylvania beginning this fall.How long they'll have that right is a question.Pennsylvania Game Commissioners on Tuesday, in a 4-3 vote, gave final approval to a proposal to legalize crossbows for archery hunting statewide beginning with the 2009-2010 seasons.
