Today, the Senate Judiciary Committee voted 10 to 3 to pass Senate Bill 273, Castle Doctrine legislation without any amendments. This important legislation will now head to the Senate floor for further consideration. We know anti-gun groups will continue to try to hi-jack SB 273 when it is brought to the Senate floor, so please contact your state Senator today and urge him or her to support SB 273 without any anti-gun amendments. The law-abiding gun owners of Pennsylvania should not be treated like criminals, because they choose to exercise their Second Amendment rights.
