Pennsylvania: Castle Doctrine Legislation Heads to Senate Floor

Today, the Senate Judiciary Committee voted 10 to 3 to pass Senate Bill 273, Castle Doctrine legislation without any amendments. This important legislation will now head to the Senate floor for further consideration. We know anti-gun groups will continue to try to hijack SB 273 when it is brought to the Senate floor, so please contact your state Senator today and urge him or her to support SB 273 without any anti-gun amendments. The law-abiding gun owners of Pennsylvania should not be treated like criminals, because they choose to exercise their Second Amendment rights.
