Pennsylvania: Firearms Preemption Enhancement and Workplace Protection Bill Introduce
 

Today, Senate Bill 1438 was introduced in the state Senate.  This much-needed legislation would strengthen Pennsylvania’s firearms preemption law and would also protect your right to store your firearm in your privately-owned and locked motor vehicle while parked in publicly accessible parking lots controlled by your employer or a business you frequent.
