Philadelphia is at it again â trying to restrict a law-abiding residentâs right to keep and bear arms. Philadelphiaâs City Council committee on Public Safety passed a measure to close the so-called âFlorida Gun Loophole.â The proposed measure states that Philadelphia will not recognize out-of-state carry license held by Pennsylvania residents, unless the individual also holds a Pennsylvania concealed carry license. It is crucial that you call your city council members TODAY and urge him or her to uphold the Second Amendment rights of its residents and vote against the so-called âFlorida gun loopholeâ measure.
