Pennsylvania: Pittsburgh City Council to Consider Anti-Gun Ordinance on Tuesday, Nove
On Tuesday, November 18, the Pittsburgh City Council could vote on an anti-gun ordinance that would require gun owners to report a lost or stolen firearm within a 72-hour period or face fines and possible imprisonment.
Ok, I see how this can Violate the law that allows ONLY the state to enact a law like this, not the city.
But what is the problem with this law? I would think that this re-enforces a gun owners common sense. Calling IMMEDIATELY to report a lost or stolen gun.
Am I way off, here?
