PENNSYLVANIA: POTTSVILLE MAYOR PROPOSES ANTI-GUN ORDINANCE
 

Tonight, the Pottsville City Council will hear a proposal from Mayor John D. W. Reiley (D) that would require gun owners to report a lost or stolen firearm within a 72-hour period.

Require? Wouldn't anyone who had their guns stolen report it ASAP in the hopes that they might be recovered? So, if you were robbed while out of town, and returned three days afterward you would be a felon? Either I don't get it, or this is a very strange proposal. How could they possibly enforce such a law? Possibly the dumbest gun control effort I have ever heard of, and I've heard some dooseys.
