Post-Heller Congressional Action On "Second Amendment Enforcement Act"

As mentioned in last week's edition of our Grassroots Alert, following the Supreme Court's favorable Heller decision, city officials in Washington, D.C. have been planning to obstruct D.C. citizens from exercising their right to keep and bear arms, despite the Supreme Court's clear statements.

Somebody would have to put that in English for me to understand it.
What the hell do we have a Supreme Court for if nobody is gonna listen to what they rule on?
Give everybody in D.C. a gun.

4thDvet. The issue has been created because the fine city officials in DC have decided that the SCOTUC decision only allows Revolvers to be registered (since Heller had a revolver). And only revolvers already owned.

No semiauto handguns. No semi-auto long arms at all (even though the desicion clearly says arms in common use, and handguns [not just revolvers]).

At the same time, there's only 6 FFL's in DC (two possessed by the antis), and I think only 1 with a store front. 1 Store front has been quoted that his prices will be increased well over market, and when asked about transfers he only smiled.

Kind of a problem if one has the right to own a gun, but no store to buy a new one.

We'll be fighting every inch back to sanity. Leaning the 2nd amendment, 1 case at a time through federal mandate.
