4thDvet. The issue has been created because the fine city officials in DC have decided that the SCOTUC decision only allows Revolvers to be registered (since Heller had a revolver). And only revolvers
already owned.
No semiauto handguns. No semi-auto long arms at all (even though the desicion clearly says arms in common use, and handguns [not just revolvers]).
At the same time, there's only 6 FFL's in DC (two possessed by the antis), and I think only 1 with a store front. 1 Store front has been quoted that his prices will be increased well over market, and when asked about transfers he only smiled.
Kind of a problem if one has the right to own a gun, but no store to buy a new one.
We'll be fighting every inch back to sanity. Leaning the 2nd amendment, 1 case at a time through federal mandate.
