Pro-Gun Omnibus Firearms Bill Unanimously Passes in the Nevada Senate

Yesterday, Assembly Bill 282, introduced by Assembly Speaker John Oceguera (D-16), passed unanimously in the state Senate with the NRA-supported amendment reinserting the $25 non-refundable fee that a Sheriff can charge on right to carry permit renewals. AB 282 now goes to the state Assembly where they will vote to concur on the amendment. Please contact members of the Assembly and ask that they concur on the NRA-backed Senate amendment.
