Scalia Defends Original Meaning
Supreme Court Justice Antonin G. Scalia defended constitutional originalism at Harvard Law School yesterday, punctuating the final moments of his speech by shouting âI donât have to prove that originalism is perfect!â to a packed, applause-filled room.
The poor legal system. If this radical thinking keeps up they'll have to go along with laws as they were passed.
