Sen. Baucus warns against unnecessary gun regulations

Montana's senior U.S. Senator Max Baucus is working to stop unnecessary gun reporting requirements for law abiding citizens. Baucus sounded the alarm last December when it came to light the Obama administration was considering bypassing the legislative process to grant "emergency" powers to the Bureau of Alcohol, tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in response to crime along the U.S. border with Mexico.
