BOUT TIME!!! GIve teacher s the opportunity to defend themselves and their students if the situation dictates.
I mean, we leave our children with them for 7-8 hours per day 5 days a week and entrust their futures to these very people.
Besides, resource officers are a drain on the tax payers at the rate that these schools are put up.
I'm all for it!!!
My wife is a teacher and she vehamently disagrees with me. She is against CCW's-but my point is THE KIDS SHOULD NEVER KNOW THAT THE TEACHERS HAVE THEM!!!!

My wife says "what is the kids go thru your purse when you walk away fromthe classroom"?
My response- why leave a loaded gun in your purse with a room full of 7th graders?
-why not carry it on you?

Concealed carry has an explicit responsibility attached - that of being in control of the firearm at all times while carrying.

Leaving the firearm unattended, purse or not, is not concealed carry. It's an irresponsible lack of control.

AMEN. I try to tell her that, but she has little concept of this.
