It's not surprising -- alarming, maybe, but not surprising -- that almost no attention is being paid to a report that Mr. Obama is working on imposing gun control measures on Americans "under the radar" -- according to gun control advocate Sarah Brady.That would really be something: toying with the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms without so much as a how-do-you-do to the legislative branch of the government.
