State laws still a question after Supreme Court ruling
The Supreme Courtās decision does not eliminate reasonable restrictions on firearms possession and ownership. D.C.ās licensing and registration provisions, for example, were left intact. The next fight between gun-rights advocates and the smelters will be over the definition of reasonable.

Is an AK a usual and reasonable firearm that can be maintained in the home for self defense ? It sure is to the AK owner.
It's going to be interesting over the next few months/years to see how this all plays out.
