I'd like to think that we are all adult, however alcohol and firearms have a long track record of clashing.
I'm a bit conflicted about this portion of the legislation.
Virginia, for years has tried and tried to get this particular legislation approved-CCW in ABC on locations. Part of me says that since there is no alcohol consumption permitted on the behalf of the CCW holder, whats the worry?
The other half says that bringing a firearm into a situation where people have had too much to drink is a really bad idea..
