UPDATE: North Dakotaâs Worker Protection Bill Heard in Senate Committee

On March 22, the Senate Industry, Business, and Labor Committee took testimony on House Bill 1438, but committee action is not expected until next week. This bill passed in the state House, without amendments, by a resounding bi-partisan 82 to 12 margin on February 21. This victory came despite the aggressive lobbying efforts waged by big business lobbyists who strongly want to restrict stored firearms in locked private vehicles.
